Hiring Regimes

Exclusive: We believe that a service on exclusive regime, differentiated, will enable us to go much further in the promotion of your property, placing it undeniably closer to the objective of the sale.

Although this regime allows deal partnerships with other real estate brokerages at 50% / 50%, the promotion of the property will be on an exclusive basis.

It will be a pleasure to clarify the various points in favor of this form of promotion.

Non-exclusive/Open:

If your idea is to promote your property in more than one agency, instead of betting on an exclusive and comprehensive service, this will be the alternative.
